Case materials are sent out in October from the Minnesota State Bar Association.  At that time, all students interested in Mock Trial will have an opportunity to try out for witness and lawyer roles.  A team consists of three lawyers and three witnesses for both the prosecution and the defense.  Each side will compete against other schools for the right to move on to the State Tournament.
