Sleepy Eye Medical Center is now scheduling Kindergarten and Sports physicals for the 2025-2026 school year.  To best accommodate busy summer schedules, SEMC is encouraging parents/guardians to schedule their child’s physical at their earliest convenience.  With fall sports practice schedules starting in the summer, physicals expiring or have expired need to be completed before athletes can practice.  SEMC Clinic: 1-877-794-3691 or SEMC Morgan Clinic: 507-249-3115.
