Pledge of Allegiance (Read by Principal Miller on Mondays before the announcements)

I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the republic for which is stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.
IMPORTANT MESSAGE: It is imperative that we do not have anyone walking through the west parking lot due to construction and construction equipment. This is the west parking lot outside of Mrs. Poppe’s room and the Ag Room. Please avoid construction areas inside of and outside of the school. Thank you.
Athletics:
Softball: Section Round 1 in Jackson. Dismissal at 1235 pm. The bus leaves at 1245 pm.
Golf: Last regular season Varsity Invite at Dacotah Ridge. Those attending can drive to the course. Dismissal at 1250 pm. Bus leaves at 100 pm for those not driving. A 200 pm shotgun start. No practice for those not attending this meet. The last practice will be held tomorrow, May 20th, at the course. It will be a shorter practice in order to get back for Trap Shooting.
JH Golf has their final meet at Rose Lake. Dismissal at 1230 pm. The bus leaves at 1240 pm. This is a change per Coach Freitag.
Track: Practice in Sleepy Eye. The bus leaves at 325 pm.
Tennis: Section Finals in Redwood.
Weight Room: The last weight room day of the school year will be Thursday, May 21st. The Summer Weight Room begins Monday, June 1st, from 630 am to 830 am.
IMPORTANT NOTE: ALL TRANSPORTATION WILL BE FROM THE MS/HS OFFICE END UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE DUE TO CONSTRUCTION AND MOVEMENT OF ITEMS & EQUIPMENT ON THE DISTRICT OFFICE END.
Middle School/High School:
Lunch Menu for Wednesday, May 20th: There will be a variety of main entrees until they gone – Corndogs, pork fritters, spicy chicken patties and chicken tenders. Tator tots or French fries will be offered.
Locker clean out is happening Wednesday and/or Thursday during RISE time. There are extra garbage cans being put out in the hallways. Please make sure you are returning all library books to the library; all class books to your appropriate classes and removing everything from your locker. Return your borrowed combination lock if issued one at the beginning of the year to the MS/HS Office. Thank you!
Please return all library books as soon as possible! A list of students with books checked below. Any loaner chrome books you are not using also need to be returned. In addition, if you have combination lock for your locker, it needs to be returned to the MS HS Office on or before the last day of school.
Early Dismissals/No School/Special Announcements:
- Last day of school for Cedar Mountain Elementary and MS/HS will be Friday, May 22nd. This is the change approved by the school board on April 15th due to the start of the referendum project.
- Graduation is Friday, May 29th, at 700 pm in the gymnasium.
