Pledge of Allegiance (Read by Principal Miller on Mondays before the announcements)

Athletics:
BBB: Practice in Morgan. The bus leaves at 545 pm.
- Friday, February 27th, BBB team will travel to the elementary school to lead PE classes. The bus will leave at 1100 am and return late in the afternoon. That night they will play their first round playoff game at 700 pm vs. GHEC/ML/Truman in Granada. Admission is $10 for adults and $5 for students. If they win, they will travel to JWP next Tuesday, March 3rd.
GBB: Practice in Morgan. The bus leaves at 545 pm.
- GBB will travel to Sibley East HS in Arlington on Thursday night, February 26th, to face Sleepy Eye Public. Start time is approximately 745 pm. Admission is $10 for adults and $5 for students. If they win, they will play at Gustavus Adolphus College on Monday night, March 2nd, at 745 pm.
Wrestling: Practice in Springfield. The bus leaves at 325 pm.
Golf: Practice begins March 16th. More info to come.
Track: Coach Hewitt will be here during both the MS and HS lunches on Friday, February 27th, with info and to recruit for the Track season. He will set up outside the MS/HS Office for both lunch periods.
Tennis: Meeting for students in grades 7-12 on Thursday, February 26th, in Mr. Robinson’s room during RISE. Anyone interested in more information on tennis is encouraged to attend.
There are sign-up sheets for all spring sports (golf, track, tennis, baseball and softball) in the MS/HS Office. Sign up soon so we know who to expect when practices start. Remember that if you have not been in a sport yet this year you need to complete a MSHSL eligibility brochure and have a physical on file to participate.
Spring Athletes: Scheels is offering 20% discount coupons to MSHSL spring sports athletes. These coupons are good online and in-store from now until March 15th. See Mr. Robinson for more information.

- Sunday, March 1st from 630 to 730 pm

Middle School/High School:
All seniors:
- Please submit a senior picture for the yearbook to Ms. Sorenson by May 1st. If you do not submit a senior picture, your latest Lifetouch portrait will go in the yearbook.
The order due date for Pastry Puffins being sold by the Sophomore class is TODAY, Wednesday, February 25th, with a delivery date of Tuesday, March 17th.

- Jr. High meet in Willmar on Thursday, February 26th. Dismissal at 150 pm. Leaving at 200 pm.
- High School speech meet in Montevideo on Saturday, February 28th. The bus will leave at Door 4 by Mrs. Poppe’s room at 630 am.
