Hello! My name is Preston Palokangas and I am the academic and career school counselor for Cedar Mountain Middle/High School! I am originally from Virginia, MN and have a Bachelors degree from St. Cloud State University and I have my Masters degree in School Counseling from Concordia University, Wisconsin.
