P.A.S.T.
Parents and Students Together

*AFTER PROM
*HOT DOG SALES
*JR. HIGH DANCE
*SPEAKERS

P.A.S.T. organization has been around for over 15 years. It all started in 1985 when a group of parents got together because they felt their teens were getting into some dangerous pastimes. What to do? It was decided to try to work with the teens and find activities for them to do. That year they started with the post prom party, which was a great success! As they say, the rest was history.

From there it went to motivational speakers (we are always looking for new ones), to the Jr. High dance, (which they can't wait for), to Soc Hops, to a Benefit Dance, to the alternative prom. One of our main objectives, is to be open to the kids and their ideas. If they want to try something new-they come and say, "Can you help?" We try to do our best for everyone.

Hotdog sales at all home games are P.A.S.T.'s main source of revenue. We also greatly accept and appreciate donations. We have some organizations that have been very generous to us. We feel good about the teamwork that raises this money.

WOULD YOU LIKE TO JOIN OUR TEAM?

We work as a team, not individuals. We appreciate all our volunteers and work together to make good things happen for our kids. If you can see your child benefiting from this organization, we'd love to have you on our team. Volunteering to sell hotdogs for 2 1/2 hours one night a year or helping with any of our other projects would be a great help towards our goal of having safe fun activities for our youth. This organization can't continue without our parents volunteering to work. Many hands make light work. We also have a lot of fun.

We feel we have a very vital organization that has done many positive things for the students of Cedar Mountain. If you would like to give your support and join the team, please call Kim Malecek at (507) 249-2112.

THANK YOU!
